Additional Details

If you book your tour less than 12 hours before the start of the tour, we may not be able to provide transportation and you must arrive at the location on your own. Please call us to confirm that we are able to pick you up.

Transportation
We will email/contact you regarding the pickup time. The Pick up time is normally 30 minutes to 1 hour before the start of your tour, depending on your location.

Horseback Riding Tour – Cancellation Policy (Cabo San Lucas) All cancellations of your Horseback Riding Tour in Cabo San Lucas made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@funcabo.com. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable. No-shows will also be charged the full price.

In the unlikely event that conditions in Cabo San Lucas make it unsafe to operate the Horseback Riding Tour, a full refund will be issued. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.

We are unable to issue a refund of the Horseback Riding tour for a no-show under any circumstances.

You can change any of our Horseback Riding tours 24 hours or more before the tour begins. Changes can be made without a fee or penalty. All changes are subject to availability.

If you are late for your Horseback Riding tour pick-up time and the driver leaves without you, we are unable to refund, however we will do all in our effort to accommodate you at the next tour available, this will have an extra $20 USD charge per person for re-booking.

Cactus Kids Club is available for babies 6 months to 12 years old and offers specific activities for each age, such as cake and cookie decorating, ceramic painting, board games, ipads, video games (Xbox), movie theater, nap area and much more. Our babysitters are fully trained and certified in CPR

Not at all. We provide the round trip transportation to your Horseback Riding tour in Cabo San Lucas. All our vans are brand-new and each of them fit 14 passengers. We also have a Minibus that fits 28 passengers. We will email you with the time of your pickup.

Yes, the Horseback Riding tour does not cover any alcoholic drinks, souvenirs, photos and gratuity. You need to bring cash, there are no ATMs nearby.
